Last Updated: 10 June 2026 | Effective Date: 10 June 2026
These terms govern your use of Forgemind's website and courses. Please read them before enrolling.
1. Definitions
- "Forgemind" / "we" / "us" / "our" — Forgemind, operated from Bangkok, Thailand.
- "User" / "you" — any person who accesses the website or enrolls in a course.
- "Course" — any of the AI development programmes offered by Forgemind, including Forging the Basics, Shaping Models, and the Master Build Programme.
- "Content" — all course materials, exercises, videos, written guides, and feedback provided through the platform.
- "Agreement" — these Terms & Conditions together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
- "Platform" — the Forgemind website and associated learning tools accessible via forgemindz.blog.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website or enrolling in a course, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the platform or enroll in any course.
You must be at least 18 years of age to enroll. By accepting these Terms, you confirm that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
3. Service Description
Forgemind provides online AI development courses delivered through a digital platform. Courses include written lessons, coding exercises, mentor feedback on submitted work, access to live Q&A sessions, and portfolio project guidance.
Courses are available internationally. All instruction, materials, and mentor communication are delivered in English. We aim to maintain platform availability but cannot promise uninterrupted access — scheduled maintenance and technical issues may cause temporary downtime.
4. User Accounts
Upon enrollment, you will receive access credentials for the course platform. You are responsible for keeping these credentials confidential and for all activity that takes place under your account.
- Do not share your account access with others
- Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access
- Account access is for the enrolled individual only and may not be transferred
5. User Responsibilities
You agree to use the platform and courses for lawful purposes only. The following are prohibited:
- Submitting work that is not your own in order to mislead mentors or misrepresent your abilities
- Reproducing, sharing, or distributing course content without written permission from Forgemind
- Attempting to access, test, or disrupt any part of the platform's systems or infrastructure
- Using course materials to develop tools that cause harm, violate laws, or infringe third-party rights
- Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory communication with mentors, staff, or other learners
6. Intellectual Property
All course content — including lesson text, exercises, example code, and structural design — is the intellectual property of Forgemind. Enrollment grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use course content for your own learning.
Work you create during the course (your own code, project submissions, portfolio materials) remains yours. We may reference anonymised examples of learner work in marketing or curriculum development with your consent.
7. Payment Terms
Course fees are priced and charged in Thai Baht (฿). Current pricing:
- Forging the Basics — ฿3,700
- Shaping Models — ฿6,900
- Master Build Programme — ฿11,700
Payment is due in full at the time of enrollment. We accept bank transfer and card payment. Contact us to discuss instalment arrangements for the Master Build Programme.
Refund Policy
- Full refund available if requested within 7 days of enrollment, provided you have not accessed more than the first module of the course
- No refund is available after 7 days or once significant course content has been accessed
- Refund requests should be submitted to [email protected]
8. Course-Specific Terms
- Enrollment grants access to course content for a period of 12 months from the date of enrollment
- Live Q&A sessions are offered on a scheduled basis — missed sessions can be watched as recordings
- Mentor feedback is provided on submitted exercises; we aim to respond within two working days
- The course completion record issued for the Master Build Programme documents completion of that programme and is not a formal academic qualification
- We reserve the right to update course content; enrolled learners will receive the most current version
9. Disclaimers
Courses are provided on an "as available" basis. We make no representations about specific learning outcomes, career results, or the suitability of course content for any particular purpose. Progress in AI development depends on your own effort, background, and application of the material.
Course content is educational in nature and does not constitute professional advice. For technical decisions in professional or commercial contexts, consult a qualified practitioner.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Thai law, Forgemind's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the use of our courses shall not exceed the amount you paid for the course to which the claim relates.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages — including loss of earnings, loss of business opportunity, or loss of data — arising from use of the platform or courses. We are also not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control (force majeure).
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Forgemind and its staff against claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal costs) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the platform, or your violation of any third-party rights.
12. Termination
Either party may end this agreement at any time. If you wish to terminate your enrollment, contact us at [email protected]. Refund eligibility is as set out in Section 7.
We may suspend or terminate your access without notice if you breach these Terms. Sections 6 (Intellectual Property), 9 (Disclaimers), 10 (Limitation of Liability), 11 (Indemnification), and 13 (Dispute Resolution) survive termination.
13. Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. If a dispute arises, we encourage you to contact us first at [email protected] so we can attempt to resolve it informally within 30 days.
If informal resolution is not possible, disputes will be submitted to the courts of Bangkok, Thailand, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
14. General Provisions
- Entire agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the complete agreement between you and Forgemind.
- Severability: If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.
- Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of the right to enforce it later.
- Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights in connection with a business transfer.
- Notices: Legal notices should be sent to [email protected].
15. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to enrolled learners at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
